No refund is due by Fidavo since the individual customer user, as regulated by the contract, does not pay the fee for investigation services to the platform but directly to the agency that performs the service.

 

Regarding to the refunding to agencies and agents, the contract, as mentioned, provides the possibility for free withdrawal with notice (without the recognition of any compensation/ reimbursement) and also provides for the rescission of the contract law for serious breach of the agency (possibility that entitles Fidavo to claim damages).
