Connections

On the agency side, in the Connection section, the agency can look for investigative agents with whom to cooperate and to whom to entrust the cases it takes charge.

In the Connection, then, you can search for an agent based on 

- the place where he operates;

- investigation activities in which he’s specialized;

- availability period.

The number of agents with which an agency can connect depends on the type of plan subscribed with Fidavo, in detail:

- Entry Plan: connection with 3 agents

- Professional Plan: connection with 15 agents

- Premium plan: connection with 100 agents

In the connection panel the agency sees the list of all agents to whom it has sent a connection request (divided into Approved and pending approval). From here the agency can:

- open the agent’s public tab

- send a message

- cancel the connection.

Once the agency requests a connection to an agent, it must wait for them to approve the request for collaboration.

From the agent’s point of view, in the Connection section you will find the list of active connections and connection requests that have not yet been resolved. Here the agent can view the details of the connection, the details of the agency, start a conversation with the latter and cancel the collaboration.

The agent does not have a maximum number of agencies with which to establish a connection.
